Wayne’s first step on the career ladder was an internship in 1989 for Paxman Diesels (now MAN B&W Diesel LTD) within the Sales and Service Office. He concentrated mainly on customer enquiries and interpretation progressing to Area Supervisor for Europe and then heading the new Fast Track department that redefined the slow enquiry turnaround system.

When he joined EGS Ltd in 1992, he brought with him a wealth of experience significantly improving the efficiency of our procedures and continues to look for ways to improve the business on a day-to-day basis.

He was appointed Spares Director in 2001 and is known for his consistent helpfulness not only to the team but also to others through his participation in a number of sporting events to raise money for various local, national and international charities.
